We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, our returns policy is outlined below.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unworn/unused, with tags
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return

Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you:
- A return shipping label
- Instructions on how and where to send your package
⚠️ Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalised products
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, plants, flowers)
- Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please get in touch before returning it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement product.
European Union – 14 Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped into the EU, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason.
To qualify, items must be returned in their original condition with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
