Thank you for shopping with Collect. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed and delivered.

Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays.
  • Standard processing time is 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed after 3pm may be processed the following business day.

If there are any delays with your order, we will notify you by email.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship from the United Kingdom.

We offer free delivery within the UK on orders over £50.
For orders below £50, a £5.99 shipping fee will apply.

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping (Royal Mail 2nd Class / Tracked 48): 2–3 business days
  • Express Shipping (Royal Mail 1st Class / Tracked 24): 1–2 business days

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

International Shipping

We currently ship to a range of international destinations.

Please note:

  • Delivery times vary by country and shipping service.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
  • These costs are not included in our product or shipping prices.
  • We cannot control or predict these charges, and we are unable to reimburse them.
  • Customs inspections may cause additional delays beyond our control.

If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees or refusal by the buyer, we can refund the item cost (when returned in good condition), but shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete. If your chosen shipping service includes tracking, a tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Packaging

We take great care to ensure your collectibles arrive safely:

  • Booster packs and smaller items are shipped in padded or rigid mailers.
  • High-value and premium items receive extra protection (toploaders, semi-rigid cases, or double packaging).
  • Larger orders are shipped in reinforced cardboard boxes with internal padding.

Pre-Orders

Some items may be listed as pre-orders.

  • Estimated release dates are shown on product pages.
  • Dates may change based on manufacturer or distributor updates.
  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship together unless you opt for split shipping (if available).

Delivery Issues

If your parcel has not arrived:

  • Please allow up to 7 business days after dispatch for UK shipments and a reasonable timeframe for international shipments before contacting us.
  • If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement (if available) or a refund.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

  • We cannot refund or replace orders lost due to incorrect address information.
  • If you need to update your address, contact us immediately — changes are only possible before dispatch.
