Graded singles — common questions
How do you authenticate graded singles?
Every slab is cross-checked against the grading company's public cert lookup (PSA, BGS or CGC) before listing. The cert number is visible in the listing photos so you can verify it yourself.
How are graded cards packed and shipped?
Slabs ship in a fitted card-saver sleeve, sandwiched between rigid boards inside a bubble mailer, then placed in an outer box. UK orders go tracked & signed-for; international orders are tracked with a signature on delivery.
Do you buy back graded singles or take trades?
Yes — we make outright offers on PSA/BGS/CGC singles £100+ and consider partial trade against anything in stock. Email shop@collect.london with cert numbers and we'll respond within one working day.
What happens if a slab arrives damaged?
All graded shipments are fully insured. Photograph the package and slab on arrival before opening fully; contact us within 48 hours and we'll arrange a replacement, refund, or re-grading submission at our cost.
Can I return a graded single I've changed my mind on?
Yes — unopened, unaltered slabs can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. The slab must arrive back in the same condition; any tampering with the case voids the return.
