About Collect London
What is Collect London?
Collect London is an independent UK trading-card shop based in London, run by a collector. We sell graded singles and sealed product across Pokémon, football (Panini, Topps), basketball, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh! and Star Wars Unlimited at collect.london.
Is Collect London legit?
Yes. Collect London has completed 500+ orders with 100% positive feedback across eBay, Vinted and our own site (collect.london). Every graded single's cert number is visible in the listing photos so you can verify it directly on the PSA, BGS or CGC website before you buy.
Where are you based and where do you ship?
We are based in London, United Kingdom and ship UK-wide and internationally. UK orders go tracked & signed-for; international orders are tracked with a signature on delivery.

Authentication & sourcing
How do you authenticate graded singles?
Every slab is cross-checked against the grading company's public cert lookup (PSA, BGS or CGC) before listing. The cert number is shown in the listing photos so you can verify it on the grader's site yourself.
How do you authenticate sealed product?
Sealed boxes and ETBs are sourced from official UK distributors or imported direct from the US and Japan. Every unit is hand-checked on arrival for weight, wrap, seams and seal integrity. Nothing is dropshipped and nothing is resealed.
Where do your cards come from?
Stock is bought outright from official UK distributors plus direct import links to the US and Japan. Graded singles are sourced from collectors and dealers we know and trust. We never resell sight-unseen.
Shipping
How fast do you ship?
Orders placed before the daily cut-off ship same day from London; everything else ships the next working day. UK delivery is 1–2 working days tracked & signed-for.
Is UK shipping free?
UK orders over £75 ship free, tracked & signed-for. Smaller orders are charged a flat tracked rate at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to the EU, US and most international destinations with tracking and signature on delivery. International duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
How are graded slabs packed?
Slabs ship in a fitted card-saver sleeve, sandwiched between rigid boards inside a bubble mailer, then placed in an outer box. All graded shipments are fully insured.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed by Shopify. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. All prices are in GBP (£).
Do you offer Klarna or pay-later?
Pay-later options are shown at checkout where eligible based on the order total and Shopify Payments availability in your region.
Returns & guarantees
What is your returns policy?
Unopened, unaltered items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. For graded slabs, the case must arrive back in the same condition — any tampering with the case voids the return. Full details at collect.london/returns.
What if something arrives damaged?
All shipments are insured. Photograph the package and item on arrival before opening fully, contact us within 48 hours at shop@collect.london, and we'll arrange a replacement, refund or re-grading submission at our cost.
Do you guarantee authenticity?
Yes. Every graded single is verified against the grader's cert lookup before listing, and every sealed item is hand-checked. If anything we sell is ever proven inauthentic, we'll refund in full.
Selling & sourcing service
Do you buy cards from collectors?
Yes — we make outright offers on PSA, BGS and CGC singles £100+ and on sealed product. Email shop@collect.london with cert numbers or photos and we'll respond within one working day.
Do you take trades?
We consider partial trade against anything in stock. Send us the cards you want to trade and what you're after at shop@collect.london.
Can you source a specific card for me?
Yes. We run a sourcing service for collectors hunting specific singles, sealed boxes or vintage product. Details at collect.london/sourcing.
