Shipping policy
We pack and ship every order ourselves from the UK. Cards travel in rigid, padded packaging, and every parcel is tracked.
When do orders leave?
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders after that go out the next working day. We do not dispatch on weekends or UK bank holidays.
What does UK delivery cost?
UK delivery is £3.99 tracked, and free on orders over £75. Graded slabs and sealed boxes ship in rigid, padded packaging.
How long does UK delivery take?
Tracked UK delivery arrives in 1 to 2 working days after dispatch. You get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship worldwide with DHL, FedEx or UPS depending on destination. International delivery usually takes 3 to 10 working days after dispatch, and every parcel is tracked.
Who pays import duties and taxes?
Prices include UK VAT where applicable. On orders shipped outside the UK, the buyer pays any import duty, tax or customs handling charged by the destination country.
What if my parcel is lost or damaged?
Email contact@collect.london with your order number. Every parcel is tracked and insured, so we replace or refund lost and damaged orders once the carrier claim is raised.
