We trade online only and do not operate a walk-in shop. Orders are packed and dispatched from our UK premises, tracked, same or next working day.

Payments and refunds

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. Checkout and payment processing are handled by Shopify, so your card details never touch our servers.

All prices are in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. UK delivery is free over £75, and international duties are paid by the buyer on arrival.

Return anything within 14 days of delivery. We refund the original payment method within 3 working days of receiving the item. We pay return postage on faulty or mis-described orders, and you pay it on change-of-mind returns. Full terms are on our returns page.
