Buying trading cards from us

What we sell

Two things: sealed product you open yourself, and graded cards you buy for the exact condition on the label. Sealed covers booster boxes, displays, Elite Trainer Boxes and single packs. Graded covers PSA, BGS and CGC slabs across every game we stock.

Every listing shows the item you receive. We photograph each card and each box rather than reusing set images, so you can judge centring, edges and wrap before you buy.

Buying trading cards online without getting burned

Check three things on any listing: a photograph of the actual item, a cert number you can verify on the grader's site, and a stated return window. A listing missing any of those is asking you to trust a stranger.

On sealed product, weight and wrap tell the story. Resealed boxes show cut lines along the seam and shrink that sits loose at the corners. We weigh every box before it goes up.

Where our stock comes from

Boxes come through UK distribution and direct Japanese import. Graded cards come from auction, private collections and buyback from customers selling into us.

We buy collections too. If you are selling rather than buying, the sourcing page covers what we pay for and how the process runs.

Shipping and returns

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day leave the same day, tracked and insured. Graded cards travel in a fitted slab box inside a rigid outer.

You have 14 days to return anything unopened. Sealed boxes must arrive back with the wrap intact.

FAQ

Trading cards: common questions

What is a trading card worth?

Value comes from set, rarity, print run and condition. A graded card is priced against recent sales of the same card at the same grade, which you can check on eBay sold listings or a price tracker. Raw cards trade at a discount because the buyer carries the condition risk.

Should I buy graded or raw trading cards?

Buy graded when condition matters to the price, which is most vintage and most chase cards. Buy raw when you want the card to play with, to display, or when you plan to grade it yourself and accept the risk.

Do you have a physical trading card shop in London?

We run online with a London unit rather than a walk-in shop floor. Orders ship same day, and local collectors can arrange collection by contacting us before ordering.

Which trading cards hold value best?

Short print run beats long print run every time. Anniversary sets, Japanese special sets and sealed product from sets that left print quickly outperform mainline sets that stay available for a year.

Do you buy trading cards as well as sell them?

Yes. We buy single graded cards, raw collections and sealed product. Send photos through the sourcing page and we quote within a working day.
