Buying trading cards in the UK
Buying from a UK seller instead of importing
Cards shipped from the US or Japan arrive with VAT at 20% and a courier handling fee of £8 to £12 on top of the price you agreed. A £200 card lands closer to £250, and the parcel sits at a depot until you pay.
Everything on this site sits in a London unit. The price you see includes VAT, the parcel ships the same working day, and nothing gets held at customs.
What UK collectors buy most
Pokémon leads by a distance, split between graded English vintage and sealed Japanese boxes. Football runs second, driven by Topps Premier League and Panini releases that follow the domestic season.
One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Magic and Star Wars Unlimited all have active UK player and collector bases. Basketball trades thinner here than in the US, so prices track eBay UK sold data rather than American comps.
Grading in the UK
PSA runs a UK intake through its London office, with turnaround usually quoted in weeks rather than months. CGC ships to its UK site. BGS routes through the US, which adds transit both ways.

Payment, delivery and returns
We price in pounds and take card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day leave the same day, tracked and insured.
You get 14 days to return anything, provided sealed product comes back with the shrink wrap intact. Returns post back within the UK, so nothing crosses a border.
Selling cards in the UK
We buy graded singles, raw collections and sealed product, and we pay by bank transfer once the cards land and check out.
Send photos through the sourcing page and we come back with a number within a working day. No listing fees, no waiting on an auction to close.
